While stalking them he hid behind bushes singing "dooby, dooby, dooby, dooby" barely audible enough for them to hear it, making them think they were hearign voices, thus, driving them off the cliff of insainity.

luckily they were found and brought to an institution that helped them regain sanity...unluckily for the institution...alll of the staff were insane by the end of the groups three week stay, no one is sure why...

Messing with the employees of a Mental hospital is a federal crime, thus the penguin had to spend 6 years in prision.
